• Packaging and Accessories

  • All jewellery comes in a branded jewellery box with an ALUXE original jewellery warranty card, gift bag and polishing cloth.
  • Parcels never show prices, packing details or similar information.

• Shopping Security Statement

  We respect your privacy and strictly protect all your personal data. For your shopping security, items in your shopping list will be removed automatically if they go out of stock. This website uses SSL 128-bit encryption and is certified by VeriSign's secure e-commerce service. Shopping with ALUXE is completely safe and reliable.

• Credit Card Refunds

  After inspecting the item and confirming everything is in order, ALUXE will refund you via your original payment method.
  
  Credit Card Payment
  • The bank will refund the amount directly to your credit card account. Timing depends on your card's statement date: refunds made before the statement date will appear the following month, and refunds made after it will appear the month after next.
  • This process is handled directly by the bank. Refunds may occasionally take longer for reasons outside our control. Thank you for your understanding!

• Please note! Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases

  • Customised or special items (e.g. custom ring sizes, custom designs and engraved items)
  • Beyond the 7-day cooling-off period
  • Items that are incomplete, with missing parts, damage, scratches or stains
  • Missing invoice or packaging, or damaged jewellery box, etc.
  The cooling-off period gives you seven days from delivery to reconsider your purchase. The cooling-off period is not a trial period: returned items must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging, otherwise returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.

• Returns and Exchanges

  For returns or exchanges, please request within the 7-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery, keeping the item complete, brand new and in its original packaging.
  Items purchased from the online store can only be returned online; returns cannot be processed in store.
  • As all ALUXE items are high-value products, to protect both parties,please call the ALUXE Customer Service Centre on (02)2781-5659, and we will arrange for a courier to contact you and collect the item. Please pack the return securely, hand it to the courier at the agreed time, and keep the courier receipt.
  • Returned or exchanged items must be brand new in complete packaging. Please keep the item complete (including the main item, add-on purchases, inner and outer packaging and accompanying documents), and return any gifts or accessories together. We will inspect the item for completeness upon receipt.
  • After inspecting the item and confirming everything is in order, ALUXE will refund you via your original payment method.
  • As overseas shipping is complex,returns and exchanges are not available for overseas shipments, and every item is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch, so you can order with confidence.

• 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

  Items purchased on this site come with a 7-day cooling-off period for free returns and exchanges, starting from the date of delivery. The cooling-off period is not a trial period, so returned items must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging. Items that are damaged or incomplete cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Payment Options

  The ALUXE online store currently accepts credit card payments.
  Credit card instalments do not accept Visa debit cards, Mastercard debit cards or JCB debit cards. Please refer to the payment page for eligible issuing banks.

• Shipping Options

  To serve our customers fully, ALUXE offers in-store pickup, free home delivery on Taiwan's main island, home delivery to Taiwan's outlying islands, and worldwide FEDEX EXPRESS shipping.
  ※ Our Hong Kong stores do not offer in-store pickup for Disney collection items. We apologise for any inconvenience.

• Shipping within Taiwan

  Once payment is complete, an electronic order confirmation will be sent to your email.
  • In-stock items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of order confirmation (GIA items require 7-10 working days).
  • Made-to-order items not in stock will be dispatched within 10-60 working days of order confirmation (subject to actual production time).
  • Within 1-3 working days of payment, you can check your item's estimated dispatch date under "Purchase History" in the "Member Centre".
  • Working days are counted from the day after customer service confirms your order. In the event of weekends, public holidays, typhoons or other force majeure closures, items will be sent on the next working day.
  • Delivery is also available to the outlying islands of Kinmen and Matsu, with a shipping fee of NT$200 (T-Cat parcel delivery is not available in some areas).

• International Shipping

  We ship via FEDEX EXPRESS. International shipping costs approximately NT$2,500 depending on the destination, or will be quoted separately.
  • Within Asia, parcels arrive within 7 working days of dispatch.
  • Outside Asia, parcels arrive within 7-10 working days of dispatch.
  • These are shipping times only and do not include production time. Delivery times vary by country.
  • Our Hong Kong stores do not offer in-store pickup for Disney collection items. We apologise for any inconvenience.
  • Import taxes may apply when goods arrive at their destination. Calculation methods vary by region, and any such taxes are payable by the customer.
